Q: How to use 5401 master lock Access Wall Mount Key Storage Security Lock.?
I have the code but don't remeber how to work the turns
A: I would do 2 full turns to the right and stop on the first number.....1 full turn to the left and stop on the second number, and turn right to the third number(but don't make a full turn)
Q: Need override code for extra space storage security gate in san jose, ca. I am locked inside.?
A: You better call 911
Q: is it a crime to lock a shoplifter in the store's storage shed? even if a minor?
until security comes
what tort or crime would it be?
A: Not exactly recommended, but detention is allowed until the matter is cleared up. You've got to look at from the store personnel's POV. The person they detain may become violent and any moment. They have legitimate fear of life and limb.
Q: My storage shed has been breached !?
I rent a "YOU-STOW-IT shed and have my entire 4 bedroom house stored in it. Last week I was looking for some items and I noticed that something was amiss. The interior walls do not go all the way up to the roof, leaving an opening of about 9 inches of access the the adjacent units. Today I went up and did a moderately thorough inventory and found that I am missing a $150.00 Milwaukee Saws-All. The only way it could have been removed was from the neighboring storage unit. I have a High security lock with one set of keys, the hasp is covered when the lock is closed and it is not pickable. It is a lock that was used to secure SPECIAL WEAPONS . It is obvious to me that whoever hold the keys to the adjacent unit is my thief. If I was to call my local sheriff's office would they be able to assist me. What might I expect ? I feel violated and I even saw them at storage this past weekend but didn't realize what was gone at that time. Just underneath the saws-all was a $900.00 nail framing gun but it was too big to pull through the gap. Thankfully. Is the owner of the units liable for thefts that occur in this manner ?
A: I didn't know you can store a house in those but...lol
You can always confront them with "hard" evidence, and that might scare them enough to tell the truth, if it was them.
Funny name change btw.
Q: what type of discount, what percentage of cost the product has been reduced, and as well as savings per unit?
a sales and marketing question!
the storage bin warehouse in your territory has reported a number of breakins in the past three months. as a salesperson for No-Doubt Security Products, you believe your extensive line of alarm systems and locks could benefit the warehouse greatly. you make an appointment with the manager at the storage bin for early next week . during your preperation for the sales call, you discover that the warehouse currently uses poor-quality locks and has no security system. you plan to offer the manager a security package consisting of 150 sure-bolt dead-bolt locks (for their 150 private storage rooms) at a price of 10. each and a new alarm system costing 5,000. the terms of the sale are 2 tenths net 30. how would the total cost change if the terms of the alarm system alone were changed to 5 tenths net 30. (and the locks remained 2 tenth net 30)? what is the cost of the security package if the storage bin takes 25 days to pay for the purchase?
A: Jamie, What are you doing taking some kind of marketing course and looking for me to do all your work?
First of all I will assume when you are talking terms you mean the normal 2/10 net 30. This means a 2% ddiscount if you pay the invoice within 10 days. Your 2 tenths and 5 tenths are not terms I am familiar with.
So 150 locks @ $10 each is $1,500 plus $5,000 for the security system is $6,500 total. 2% is $130. So if the payment is made in within 10 days of the invoice date the net amount due is $6,370. If made in 25 days $6,500.
If you mean by 5 tenths the normal 5%, then the discount is $250 on the security system and $30 on the locks for a total of $280 if paid within 10 days.
Q: Blocking Cd-Rom and USB Storage in a 300 Computers LAN?
Is it possible to lock the cd-rom and usb storage devices for the view of security in a local area network????
plz suggest me
A: Yeah it is, and I am assuming the reason you told us there are 300 computers in the LAN is because you aren't interested in going to each one and changing the BIOS settings over four days :-)
I am going to assume it's a Windows LAN.
Follow the instructions step by step at http://www.petri.co.il/disable_usb_disks_with_gpo.htm which is an example of how to use administrative templates and group policy objects to do exactly what you are trying to do. In addition to this I recommend that you add these 200 computers to their own organisational unit first. That way you can easilly temporarily or permanently re-enable the drives by moving the computers out of the OU for a while.
Q: Poll : When someone asks you "Can I help you?", like a nosy security guard.... what do you do?
That annoys me when nosy people ask "Can I help you?", when they really mean "What are you doing here?" or "I'm bored with my job so I'm going to bother you and pretend I have some kind of authority.". I think most people say "No thank you".
I do something different....
I had a security guard near my storage unit ask me that after I took a minute to find the key to open the lock on my unit. He was clearly asking not because he cared but because he had nothing better to do.
What I did was I said.... "Yes, I'm glad you asked, could you help me move some items into the trunk of my car, I was recently injured (even though I am not really injured) and not sure I can do it myself.
To save face, this guy wound up moving a lot of stuff into my trunk because he didn't mind his own business :)
I ASSURE you it was not to be nice or helpful because he had a very annoyed look on his face. Too funny!
There are other examples of this happening. Please share one if you have one. :)
A: oh i sooo hate that. the anoying yard duties say that if you try to leave school or if you are late to class. even if you have a pass.
Q: Denying "Winzip" access to C drive for security reasons?
For security reasons the network at work deny's users the right to write information to the C Drive. Data storage is carried out on the server. This means that the very sensitive data is secure and backed up regularly. Programs can write/read/delete data to the C drive but that is it. But being that Winzip is a program it seems to have the relevant rights to write to the C drive. This is a security risk as the computers on this network are completely locked down. No USB, floppy or CD writers, necessary for the type of sensitive data that is being handled. The problem is that any user who was in the right mind to want any of the data off the server would be able to zip it into a folder on the C drive then bust the case of the computer open take the HD drive out, slave it to another machine, rip the data off and return it, possibly with no one being any wiser? Is there any way of limiting a user within winzip to stop it from having access to the C drive? Without CPU case alarms?
No other program can do it? The users are reliable.... it was a user that flagged this problem and brought it to IT admins attention. But there is always someone who could possibly gain from suck information.
Win XP's zip facility can do exactly the same thing. (The Send to compressed folders approach)
A: Winzip isn't the problem. If a user can use Winzip to access the files, they can save the files with any program.
As for securing the computers, if you're so worried about someone accessing the computers by breaking into and smashing the computers, you need to hire more reliable people.
Q: I have been ROBBED and I know who it was !?
I rent a "YOU-STOW-IT shed and have my entire 4 bedroom house stored in it. Last week I was looking for some items and I noticed that something was amiss. 13 hours ago
There are no security cams in the units where the theft happened.
A: Knowing who did it, is much different than proving who did it. Still inform the police, just in case more places in the area have been hit.

A: First of all, that graphics card is not up to heavy video/graphics rendering. It's better than an integrated chipset but not by much.
And, (no offense) but I question why someone who just copies and pastes is really doing strenuous image rendering. If you don't understand what basic specifications mean, how could you be working in 3ds max or Vegas?
If you're actually doing real graphics work skip the notebook scene entirely, or buy a Dell Studio laptop since they have the displays required to show an entire color gamut.
Otherwise you'll need something with a bit more oomph. But you might want to research what you're actually going to be doing before you decide you need more.
Q: Which Laptop is better out of these two?
I asked a question before about gaming laptops and these two came up.
Before anyone talks about a tower is better for gaming, i cannot buy a tower for spacial and mobility reasons, and i cannot afford a tower and a laptop... and i want a laptop that can polay games anyway.
So yes out of these two which is the best for a budget of about £750?

Anyone know anything better than those for around £750?
A: Here's why you should get a Mac:: There are NO CONS. The MacBook does both WinBloze and OSX, no other computer can make that statement. You have the best of the best. Apple Stores are popping up all over and you can make an appointment for a time and date, bring your computer there. They will troubleshoot it and fix it if it's a software problem it's FREE. What other computer company has stores and can make that statement? Get the 2.4 GHz with 4Gigs Ram and you got a speed machine like mine. The WinBloze people may not like a Mac computer but I'll bet they all have iPods. Go Mac and Never Go Back.
Q: I need to find a FREE secure image storage site.?
I have about 1000 images that i need to store somewhere for free. I was using yahoo and photobucket, but yahoo closed their image storage and their briefcase (very stupid of them).and photobucket and my computer do not like each other. when ever i go there my computer locks up, and my security goes crazy. I also need one that allows nudity, (its not pornography or anything illegal) and dose not allow anyone to view my images unless i let them. and one that does not share my images with anyone at all ever. I have been searching ever since yahoo sent me the email. the few sites I have found that allows anything, they always that part where they have the right to share my images at anytime with out my permission, I don't want that. Remember it has to be 100% free and secure and allows legal nudity.
Thank you.
what is a .rar?
A: Have you tried public storage? I used to store my things there its not free I don't think any storage's are free, but the first month is a dollar and the price is like from 30 - 70 dollars a month.
Q: I would like to know if it was possible to play gta4 and the sims2 and most the EP's?

Q: Will my laptop run the Sims 3?
Sorry it's so much, but I didn't know what to pick through. Sometimes the Sims 2 freezes, but not to much. I would like to know if the Sims 3 will run smoothly and nice. If not, please suggest any upgrades that are only necessary for it thanks!
